We describe an 22-year-old man with polyorchidism whose both ipsilateral testes were located in the inguinal area and scrotum. Polyorchidism is a rare anomaly with approximately 70 cases reported in the literature. In this report, the literature

reviewed and the etiology of this anomaly is discussed briefly.
